Holiday Season Notice: Throughout peak periods (e.g. December), carriers handle unusually high parcel volumes. This may add a few extra days to delivery. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.

- Incorrect address: contact us immediately if you entered an incorrect address
Undelivered Packages
If a package cannot be delivered:
- The carrier will attempt redelivery (policies vary by carrier)
- You may need to collect it from a local depot
- Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address will be reshipped once a correct address is confirmed (re-shipping fees may apply)
